Face To Face Counselling
A counselling session is your time to express how you are feeling, to gain insight, feel truly heard by someone and to work out solutions to improve your wellbeing. Counselling can be helpful for all manner of problems, such as anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, low mood. It can also be used as the ultimate form of self-care. Sessions are confidential, and non-judgmental.
Adolescent Counselling (11+)
As a teenager or young person you may feel that you can't share your problems with anyone around you or perhaps your parents or carers wouldn't get whats going on. As an adolescent counsellor I can work with you to feel really heard and validated, without judgment, at the same time as helping you to improve your wellbeing.
If you struggle to find time to access therapy, then online counselling may be for you. I offer either video or phone calls which mean you aren't held down by location for your counselling sessions. The services I use are fully confidential and encrypted for safety.
