Counselling is a confidential place to talk to someone you trust about the things that are making you unhappy. A counsellor is someone in your corner who will help you to get to where you want to be.
Whether you have friendship or relationship issues, find your relationship with your parents really difficult, or want to help your anxiety or low self-esteem, these are all things we can talk about and work on together.
We can often worry about being judged for our decissions but in counselling you won't be. You'll be listened to, really heard and respected, and we can work together to help your situation.
What we speak about is between us and totally confidential. The only exception to this is if you are in danger, and then I would talk to you about what needed to happen before talking to anyone else.
