Yep, I'm not going to sugar coat it, it's a worrying time, and yes, there is reason, but if your anxiety is using this opportunity to make you feel even worse, I have some things that can help.
There is a lot of uncertainty around at the moment, and if you have anxiety, then I know that uncertainty is a big NO for you. Unfortunately I don't have the certainty you need, apart from that I know that this will one day pass, as day becomes night, and life will go on, albeit with added sadness, some loss, and reverence for the power this virus had over the whole world.
In the meantime, and whilst we wait for this storm to pass I'd like you to work on your anxiety toolkit. There is a link below to some useful resources for you to download for free, and I will be adding more so keep checking back.
